About the Role:

We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated professionals to join our team as Business Growth Managers

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities in digital marketing services.
• Implement effective online marketing and sales strategies.
• Engage with potential clients to understand their requirements and propose suitable solutions.
• Manage the sales pipeline, prepare proposals, and close deals to achieve business targets.
• Maintain accurate lead data, sales reports, and client records.
• Collaborate with the marketing and SEO teams to align client needs with service offerings.
• Gain hands-on exposure to SEO, PPC, Social Media Marketing, and other digital marketing solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree (BBA, MBA, or any relevant field).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (written & verbal).
• High energy, self-motivation, and a strong desire to learn and grow.
• Keen interest in digital marketing, SEO, and business development.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
