Role Summary

Business Development Executive (BDE)

Key Responsibilities

• Build, manage, and convert leads for course enrollments and training programs.
• Conduct outreach to

  colleges, corporates, and placement officers

  for partnerships.
• Present our course offerings, training models, and placement advantages to prospective clients.
• Plan and execute promotional activities, seminars, campus visits, and webinars.
• Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via phone, email, social media, and field visits.
• Collaborate with the academic team to align admission timelines with batch schedules.
• Support business proposals for upcoming partnerships (Microsoft / Google / Amazon).
• Maintain sales reporting, CRM updates, follow-ups, and revenue targets.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• 0–3 years of experience in EdTech, Training Sales, BPO, or Client Handling (Freshers can apply).
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Willingness to travel for college/corporate visits when required.
• Interest in education, training, publishing, IT, or skilling ecosystem.
