Key Responsibilities Build, manage, and convert leads for course enrollments and training programs. Conduct outreach to colleges, corporates, and placement officers for partnerships. Present our course offerings, training models, and placement advantages to prospective clients. Plan and execute promotional activities, seminars, campus visits, and webinars. Handle inbound and outbound inquiries via phone, email, social media, and field visits. Collaborate with the academic team to align admission timelines with batch schedules. Support business proposals for upcoming partnerships (Microsoft / Google / Amazon). Maintain sales reporting, CRM updates, follow-ups, and revenue targets. Preferred Candidate Profile 0–3 years of experience in EdTech, Training Sales, BPO, or Client Handling (Freshers can apply). Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills. Willingness to travel for college/corporate visits when required. Interest in education, training, publishing, IT, or skilling ecosystem.
