Role Overview:

We are looking for enthusiastic Business Development Associates (Outbound Sales) to join our growing team. You will play a critical role in expanding our client base by identifying potential leads, pitching our media services, and building strong, long-lasting relationships with decision-makers.

This role is ideal for self-driven, target-oriented professionals who thrive in a fast-paced sales environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and networking.
  • Present and pitch Aver Media’s advertising solutions (digital ads, print media, outdoor ads, etc.) to prospective clients.
  • Understand client needs and suggest tailored marketing solutions to achieve their branding and sales goals.
  • Maintain a healthy pipeline of leads and update CRM records regularly.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships for repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with the internal marketing and creative teams to develop proposals and presentations.
  • Provide regular sales reports and market feedback to the management team.


Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in B.Com, Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in outbound sales, business development, or tele-sales (media/advertising sales experience is a plus).

  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle objections and convert leads into customers.
  • Comfortable with cold calling, client outreach, and setting up meetings.
  • Basic understanding of advertising platforms and marketing concepts is preferred.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting.
  • A go-getter attitude with resilience and the ability to thrive under pressure.
