We serve a wide range of industries including education, healthcare, real estate, e-commerce, and consulting. As we continue to expand, we are looking for a passionate and performance-driven Business Development Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Specialist to identify new business opportunities, generate qualified leads, and build long-term relationships with clients. This role requires strong communication skills, an understanding of digital marketing services, and a consultative sales approach.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and engage with potential clients through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other outreach channels
  • Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate services such as WhatsApp API, Bulk SMS, Google Ads, Website Development, etc.
  • Schedule and conduct meetings or demos for the sales team
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, and service overviews for prospective clients
  • Maintain records of all interactions and sales activities in CRM
  • Achieve monthly targets for lead generation and client conversions
  • Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to deliver client-focused solutions
  • Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activity

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • 1 to 5 years of experience in business development, B2B sales, or client acquisition
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Basic knowledge of digital marketing concepts and tools is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting client relationships
  • Self-driven, goal-oriented, and proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Familiarity with CRM tools, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or cold outreach tools is a plus
