We are seeking a motivated and confident Tele Caller Intern to join our team in Laxmi Nagar, New Delhi. This internship is ideal for individuals looking to enhance their communication and client-handling skills while gaining practical experience in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote our services and generate leads. Handle inbound inquiries and provide information about our products and services. Maintain and update client databases with accurate and relevant information. Follow up with prospects to ensure a strong sales pipeline. Assist the sales team in achieving targets by converting leads into potential clients. Address customer queries professionally and escalate issues as required. Provide daily reports on calls and client interactions. Qualifications & Skills: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any field (Marketing or Business preferred). Strong verbal communication skills and a confident phone presence. Good command of Hindi and English languages. Ability to handle customer queries effectively and professionally. Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools is a plus. A positive attitude with a willingness to learn and adapt. Perks and Benefits: Monthly stipend of ₹5,000 - ₹10,000.
