Job Description

CareBharat Insurance Brokers Private Limited is a growing & customer- focused insurance broking company offering a wide range of solutions across Health, Life, Motor, and General Insurance. We are expanding our business operations and are looking for dynamic and result- oriented professionals to join our team.

Roles & Responsibilities

Driving Insurance business through partners. outlets, and POSPs ( Point of Sales Persons)
Coordinating with field executives and maintain relationships with the partner Branches.
Supporting insurance operation and managing premium payments to ensure seamless policy issuance
Preparing and maintaining accurate MIS reports to enhance operational efficiency.

Customer - Centric Responsibilities

Building strong communication with the customers and POSPs
Promoting upselling - and cross selling opportunities for exiting customers and POSPs
Identifying customers insurance needs, offering guidance and driving conversions.

Compliance and Support

Ensuring all operations comply with IRDAI regulatory norms.
Explaining benefits, coverage, and premiums of various Insurance policies to customers.
Assisting customers with policy renewals and providing end-end process support.

Qualification: Graduation ( minimum)

Experience: Minimum 1 Year experience in Insurance Broking field.

Location: Ernakulam

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹300,000.00 per year
