Job Title: Team Leader – Social Media Marketing in Digital Marketing Location: [Your City/Company Location] Department: Digital Marketing Experience: 3–5 Years Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a strategic, creative, and performance-driven Team Leader – Social Media Marketing to manage our team of social media executives and drive our clients' brand visibility, engagement, and lead generation across digital platforms. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and overseeing end-to-end social media campaigns with a strong focus on results. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage a team of social media marketing professionals. Develop and implement effective social media strategies for clients and internal brand. Oversee content planning, creation, scheduling, and publishing across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, etc.). Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and prepare performance reports. Optimize campaigns based on analytics to improve engagement, reach, and conversion. Stay updated with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices. Collaborate with content, graphic, and video teams to deliver high-quality creatives. Manage paid social media ad campaigns (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.). Handle client communication, presentations, and reporting. Requirements: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 3+ years of experience in social media marketing with at least 1 year in a leadership role. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools. Hands-on experience in running paid campaigns and lead generation. Excellent communication, team management, and decision-making skills. Creative thinking with the ability to execute ideas effectively. Preferred Skills: Experience with tools like Hootsuite, Buffer, Canva, Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics. Knowledge of SEO and email marketing is a plus.
