🏢 Job Summary: The Event Execution Executive is responsible for planning, organizing, and executing events from start to finish. This role involves coordination with vendors, clients, and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery, on-time execution, and high-quality experiences. 📌 Key Responsibilities: Plan and execute corporate, promotional, or social events as per client or brand requirements. Coordinate with venues, vendors, suppliers, artists, and agencies. Handle logistics, material movement, and event setups. Supervise on-site event execution, ensuring timelines and quality standards are met. Manage budgeting, billing, and post-event reporting. Support branding, giveaways, and promotional activities. Troubleshoot issues during events and make real-time decisions. Ensure safety, compliance, and customer satisfaction throughout the event. ✅ Required Skills: Strong organizational and multitasking ability Excellent communication and coordination skills Problem-solving and time management Knowledge of event trends, venues, and vendor networks Proficiency in tools like MS Office, Google Sheets, or event management software 🎓 Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Marketing, Hospitality, or related field 1–3 years of experience in event planning/execution. Must be Local to Ahmedabad
