Business Development Specialist

As a Business Development Manager at Aroma Multicuisine in Jamshedpur, your primary responsibility will be to drive growth in the Industrial Catering and Outdoor Catering segments. Monitoring market trends, exploring new business opportunities, and providing performance reports will also be part of your role. To be successful in this position, you should have at least 5-8 years of experience in B2B or institutional sales, preferably within the hospitality or catering industry. A strong local network in the industrial and events sector of Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, is crucial, along with exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
