Business Development Specialist in Food & Beverages Sector

As a Business Development Manager at Aroma Multicuisine, a well-known fine-dine restaurant and catering brand in Jamshedpur, your primary responsibility will be to drive growth in the Industrial Catering and Outdoor Catering segments. You will play a key role in identifying and securing industrial catering contracts with factories, warehouses, and offices in and around Jamshedpur. Additionally, you will be required to build partnerships with resorts, banquet halls, and marriage venues to increase outdoor catering orders. Your day-to-day tasks will include generating leads, pitching Aroma's catering solutions to potential clients, and closing long-term contracts. You will also be responsible for preparing customized proposals for corporate and event clients, managing client relationships to ensure service satisfaction, and fostering repeat business. Furthermore, you will need to stay updated on market trends, explore new business opportunities, and provide regular performance reports. To be successful in this role, you should have at least 5-8 years of experience in B2B or institutional sales, preferably within the hospitality or catering industry. A strong local network in the industrial and events sector of Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, will be advantageous. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills are essential, along with a proactive, target-driven, and self-managed approach to your work. You should also be willing to travel locally and work flexible hours as required.
