Job Opening: Business Development Executive – Lucknow

Company: Nowgray IT Services Pvt. Ltd.

We are seeking a passionate and target-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in Lucknow. The ideal candidate will excel at building client relationships, identifying customer needs, and closing sales opportunities. This role requires excellent communication, a proactive mindset, and a strong ability to deliver results.

  • Key ResponsibilitiesClient Acquisition: Identify and connect with potential clients to promote our IT, eCommerce, and digital services.
  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Product/Services Knowledge: Understand and effectively communicate the features and benefits of our offerings (Web Development, Mobile Apps, SEO, Digital Marketing, eCommerce Marketplace Onboarding & Management, Custom Software Solutions).
  • Lead Conversion: Follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and successfully close deals.
  • Relationship Building: Maintain long-term client relationships to encourage repeat business.
  • Market Analysis: Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings to identify new opportunities.
  • Reporting: Track sales performance, client feedback, and business opportunities.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and technical teams to ensure smooth client experiences.
  • Skills & QualificationsEducation: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: 1–4 years in Business Development / Sales in IT or eCommerce domain (mandatory).
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Persuasion: Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
  • Time Management: Ability to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines.
