Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Officer located in Aluva. The Business Development Officer will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing strong client relationships, and delivering tailored solutions to meet client needs. Core tasks include market analysis, financial planning, and executing customer service strategies to drive growth. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with internal teams and providing data-driven insights to support decision-making processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience (tyre/industrial products preferred)
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• Target-driven with a customer-focused approach
• Good market knowledge and relationship management
• Proficient in MS Office and ERP/CRM tools
• Experience in dealer/distributor handling
• Fluent in English and Hindi
