We are seeking a proactive and result-oriented Business Development Officer to grow our market presence and strengthen business relationships across the region. The ideal candidate will have strong B2B experience and a deep understanding of tyre or industrial product markets. Key Responsibilities: Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities in target markets Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, dealers, and distributors Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve revenue targets Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs Present products, proposals, and business solutions to clients effectively Collaborate with internal teams for order processing, delivery coordination, and customer service Prepare accurate sales forecasts, reports, and documentation Ensure effective use of ERP/CRM tools for tracking and reporting Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Minimum 5 years of B2B sales/business development experience (tyre/industrial products preferred) Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills Customer-focused, target-driven, and strategic in approach Good market and competitor knowledge Proficient in MS Office and ERP/CRM tools Experience in dealer and distributor management Fluency in English and Hindi
