Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and result-driven Business Development Officer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, building relationships with restaurant owners, and driving sales to expand Etable’s market presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business leads through online/offline channels.
  • Approach restaurants, cafés, and food outlets to pitch Etable Restro Manager solutions.
  • Conduct product demos and explain system features to potential clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and new clients.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Track sales targets, prepare performance reports, and meet monthly goals.
  • Represent Etable at exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events.
  • Stay updated with market trends, competitor products, and restaurant industry needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or Client Acquisition (preferably in SaaS, POS, or Restaurant Tech).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (English, Hindi, and Marathi preferred).
  • Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Self-motivated with a target-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable using CRM tools, Google Workspace, and digital sales platforms.
