Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs. Analyze trends, competitor offerings, and market gaps. Lead Generation & Client Acquisition: Identify potential clients in target markets and generate leads. Cold call, email, and meet with potential customers to pitch products and services. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new and existing customers. Address client queries and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Sales Strategy & Planning: Assist in developing business development strategies in line with company goals. Work closely with the sales and marketing team to align goals and strategies. Quotation & Proposal Preparation: Prepare business proposals, quotations, and presentations for clients. Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits. Coordination with Internal Teams: Coordinate with production, logistics, and technical teams to meet customer requirements. Ensure timely delivery and support post-sales follow-up. Target Achievement: Achieve monthly/quarterly/yearly sales targets as set by management. Track sales performance and report regularly to senior management. Documentation & Reporting: Maintain accurate client records and activity reports. Provide weekly/monthly reports on sales activities and business pipeline. Key Skills & Competencies: Strong communication and negotiation skills Knowledge of manufacturing processes and industrial products Analytical and problem-solving abilities Proficiency in MS Office, CRM, and ERP systems Ability to work independently and as part of a team Time management and organizational skills Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month Benefits: Food provided Internet reimbursement Leave encashment Paid time off Schedule: Day shift Fixed shift Supplemental Pay: Yearly bonus Experience: Industrial Sales: 2 years (Preferred) Language: English (Preferred) Work Location: In person
