Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead our sales and marketing efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in industrial or manufacturing sales, a strategic mindset, and a proven track record of driving revenue growth. This role requires leadership, market insight, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients, distributors, and internal teams. Key Responsibilities: Sales: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets. Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to drive performance and goal achievement. Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base. Maintain relationships with key clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Prepare and present sales forecasts, reports, and budgets to management. Analyse sales data to identify trends and improve strategies. Marketing: Plan and execute marketing strategies to support brand awareness and lead generation. Coordinate product launches, promotional campaigns, exhibitions, and trade shows. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback. Collaborate with product development and production teams to align marketing efforts. Oversee content creation, digital marketing, and advertising initiatives. Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Minimum 7 -8 years of experience in sales and marketing (preferred in a manufacturing environment). Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills. Proven experience in managing teams and achieving revenue targets. Familiarity with CRM software, ERP systems, and digital marketing tools.
