Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to lead our business development efforts in the earth clays (bentonite, polymers, etc.) and chemical manufacturing industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in industrial sales, deep market knowledge, and the ability to drive strategic marketing initiatives to boost revenue and expand market presence. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets across domestic and international markets. Identify new business opportunities, market segments, and customer needs in the minerals and chemicals sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with B2B clients, distributors, and channel partners. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions. Collaborate with production and R&D teams to align product offerings with market demand. Manage pricing strategies, quotations, and contract negotiations. Represent the company at trade shows, industry events, and customer meetings. Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews. Drive digital marketing campaigns and oversee promotional material development. Lead and mentor a team of sales executives and marketing professionals. Key Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (MBA preferred). Proven 7+ years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the industrial chemicals/minerals sector. Strong understanding of B2B sales cycles and industrial procurement processes. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and digital marketing tools. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required. Preferred Skills: Familiarity with export sales and regulatory compliance in the manufacturing industry. Existing networks within ceramics, paints, polymers, or construction industries. Strategic thinking with an analytical approach to market challenges.
