Business Development

As a Business Development Associate, your primary role will be to manage and optimize profiles on freelance platforms such as Upwork, Freelancer, and Fiverr. You will conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and potential clients. Your key responsibilities will include writing and submitting persuasive proposals and bids to secure new projects, as well as communicating with prospective clients to understand their requirements and pitch our services effectively. Additionally, you will assist in developing and implementing strategies for acquiring new business and expanding our market presence. Monitoring and reporting on the performance of ongoing projects and proposals will also be part of your duties. Qualifications: - Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a business, marketing, or related degree program. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Strong understanding of business development principles and the freelance marketplace. - Ability to craft well-structured, compelling proposals and bids. - Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines. - Proactive, eager to learn, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
