This role is perfect for an ambitious individual with 1-2 years of core agency experience who is eager to drive growth by acquiring, converting, and nurturing valuable client relationships. You will be responsible for managing the entire sales cycle, from identifying initial prospects to maximizing the profitability of every project. Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new business opportunities through networking, market research, and strategic outreach. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the bridge between clients and the internal creative/marketing teams. Create and deliver compelling business proposals, presentations, and pitches. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requirements are well understood and executed effectively. Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Track market trends and competitor activity to identify potential growth areas. Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions in sheets. Represent the company in client meetings, industry events, and networking opportunities. Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 1-2 years of proven experience in business development, preferably in the digital marketing, advertising, or creative industry. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Strong understanding of marketing and creative service offerings.
