Business Development & Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development & Marketing Specialist to accelerate

growth and strengthen our brand presence. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in dynamic environments,

enjoys wearing multiple hats, and brings strong expertise in digital marketing and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

● Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to build a strong digital presence and lasting

customer relationships

● Design, maintain, and manage engaging content for the organization’s website and other digital platforms

● Manage and grow company presence across social media channels to enhance visibility and lead

generation

● Launch and optimize marketing campaigns and online advertisements to increase brand awareness

● Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align business development and marketing goals

● Track, analyze, and report performance metrics to guide strategy improvements and decision-making

● Support business development initiatives including client outreach, presentations, and proposals

Required Skills & Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

● Excellent verbal and written communication skills

● Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts and platforms

● Proven experience in B2C social media, content creation, and digital campaigns

● Strong creative, analytical, and problem-solving skills

● Prior experience in startups or other fast-paced environments preferred

● Only experienced candidates will be considered

Preferred Qualifications:

● Certifications in Digital Marketing, SEO/SEM, or related fields

● Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRM systems

● Ability to adapt quickly, multitask, and work independently in an evolving environment

● Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for innovation and growth
