Role: Outbound Sales & Appointment Setting Rep Location: Remote - India / Philippines Hours: 8-hour shift, Monday to Friday, aligned with US business hours (8 AM to 5 PM CST) Compensation: Fixed monthly pay in local currency + performance-based bonus What you will do: Make 80-120 outbound calls per day to business decision-makers using a provided script and CRM Set 3-5 qualified appointments daily for the sales team Log all call outcomes and follow-up tasks in the CRM Use email and LinkedIn to confirm appointments and reduce no-shows Report daily call and appointment metrics to the manager Requirements What you need to have before you apply: Minimum 3 years of outbound calling experience (B2B) Proven past track record of booking at least 30 qualified appointments per month High-speed internet (minimum 20 Mbps) and a noise-free remote workspace Ability to work US Central Time without overlap issues Experience in using CRM tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar Proficient in using MS Office tools - mainly Excel Benefits What we provide: Detailed call scripts, CRM access, and contact lists Weekly training sessions on objection handling and industry updates
