Job Description

We are seeking a Business Development & Marketing Professional to strengthen our market presence and drive growth. The role involves identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, supporting bids & proposals, and executing marketing strategies aligned with company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in fertilizers, chemicals, oil & gas, petrochemicals, and energy transition sectors.
Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and industry mapping to support strategic decision-making.
Represent the company in

ndustry forums, exhibitions, conferences, and client meetings.
Develop marketing collaterals including brochures, presentations, digital content, and case studies.
Work closely with management to achieve
order booking and revenue targets
.

Candidate Profile:

Qualification:
MBA (Marketing / International Business) / B.E./B.Tech (Engineering background preferred with MBA).
Experience:
38 years in business development/marketing within EPC, EPCM, or allied industries.
Strong understanding of EPC project lifecycle and techno-commercial aspects.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital marketing platforms.
