US IT Staffing Business Development & Client Acquisition Manager

Location: Uppal, Hyderabad (Onsite)


US IT Business Development & Client Acquisition Manager


Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, pursue, and onboard

    new implementation partners, direct clients and MSP accounts

    across the US.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships with decision-makers (HR, Procurement, Delivery Heads).
  • Drive revenue through client acquisition and strategic partnerships.
  • Collaborate with delivery and recruiting teams to ensure successful onboarding.
  • Handle RFPs, proposals, and contract negotiations.


Requirements:

  • 4–8 years of experience in

    US IT Staffing Business Development / Account Management

    .
  • Proven success in acquiring

    Implementation Partners,

    Direct clients or MSP accounts

    .
  • Strong knowledge of

    US staffing models (W2, C2C, 1099)

    .
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Willing to work in

    US time zones (EST/CST).
