Job Description

Shift:

upGrad Enterprise is looking for a driven Business Development Manager to lead our growth in the US market. If you have a strong track record in bringing in new logos, building enterprise client relationships, and are comfortable working US hours we’d love to connect!

What You’ll Do:

Drive new business development focused on acquiring US-based clients.
Own the full sales cycle — from prospecting and pitching to closing and onboarding.
Strategically hunt and engage potential enterprise clients through cold outreach, networking, and referrals.
Understand client needs and propose custom learning solutions aligned with their goals.
Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure exceptional delivery and customer satisfaction.
Stay up-to-date with market trends and insights to identify growth opportunities.

What We’re Looking For:

5+ years of experience in
B2B sales
, preferably in
EdTech, SaaS, or enterprise solutions
.
Proven experience working with
US clients
and understanding of the US business landscape.
Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
Comfortable working
US/EST shift timings.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and highly accountable.
Must be based in Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Mumbai, or Bangalore; role is mostly remote, occasional office meetings required
