Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager, located in Kochi. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, developing strategies to drive business growth and mentoring the team. The role involves preparing proposals, conducting market research, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to meet business objectives. Additionally, the Business Development Manager will be tasked with maintaining updated knowledge of industry trends and competitor activities.

• Experience in Business Development, Sales, and Client Relationship Management
• Strong analytical and strategic planning skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of market research and ability to identify business opportunities
• Proficiency in preparing business proposals and presentations

• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding business growth targets
• Prior experience in the IT consultancy or technology services industry is a plus
