This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in Mumbai. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships to expand the company’s market presence. Key responsibilities include conducting market research, preparing business proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to meet business goals. The ideal candidate will also work to enhance customer satisfaction and contribute to the company’s long-term growth objectives.
Identify new business opportunities to increase restaurant revenue.
Generate corporate tie-ups, event bookings, party orders, and bulk orders.
Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets assigned by management.
Promote new menu items, offers, and packages to increase customer spending.
Study market trends, competitor pricing, and customer preferences.
Identify potential locations for new outlets or delivery expansion.
Analyze customer feedback and suggest improvements.
Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, hotels, event planners, and vendors.
Conduct regular meetings, follow-ups, and presentations.
Ensure high customer satisfaction and repeat business.
Coordinate with all online Integrated food delivery platforms.
Ensure correct menu listings, pricing, offers, and high order ratings.
Manage promotions, campaigns, and visibility boosts.
Work closely with marketing team for promotions, social media campaigns, and local branding.
Support the creation of promotional materials like flyers, banners, digital posts.
Organize food tastings, sampling drives, and events.
Work with outlet managers, kitchen team, and supply chain to ensure order fulfilment.
Communicate customer requirements, feedback, or complaints to relevant departments.
Ensure smooth coordination for bulk/corporate orders.
Maintain daily/weekly sales reports.
Prepare performance summaries and present to management.
Track sales pipeline and conversion rates.
Monitor ROI of marketing and promotional activities.
Negotiate terms with clients, vendors, and strategic partners.
Handle contracts for corporate meal plans, events, and long-term partnerships.
Work with HR for staffing during events or peak sales.
Assist finance team with billing issues, outstanding payments, or invoices.
Coordinate with operations for new outlet launches.
Regularly visit outlets to ensure service standards match brand expectations.
