Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Opportunity Identification & Lead Development:

  Proactively identify and develop new business opportunities through strategic research, networking, and outreach.

• Solution Positioning:

  Communicate the value proposition of Trijit’s Cloud Infrastructure and AI-driven solutions to potential partners and clients.

• End-to-End Business Engagement

  : Manage the entire business development process, from identifying opportunities and initiating discussions to finalizing collaborations and maintaining post-engagement relationships.

• Relationship Building:

  Cultivate and maintain long-term relationships with clients and partners, ensuring ongoing collaboration and potential for repeat engagements.

• Cross-Functional Collaboration:

  Work closely with Technical, Operations & Finance teams to understand client requirements, design tailored solutions, and ensure smooth service delivery.

• Market Research & Analysis:

  Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to identify strategic growth areas.

Qualifications:

• A Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of cloud computing technologies and their application in business environments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders at various levels.
• A proactive, results-driven approach with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
• Highly organized with strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Self-motivated with a keen interest in business development, technology, and emerging market trends.
• Prior exposure to business development in cloud services, IT solutions, or enterprise technology is an added advantage.
