Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Mumbai for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, negotiating contracts, and generating leads. Additional responsibilities include market research, developing business strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in identifying business opportunities, generating leads, and customer relationship management
• Experience in market research and developing business strategies
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams to meet client needs
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
• Proven experience in a similar role within the logistics industry is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
