Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager located in Mumbai. The Branch Manager will oversee daily operations, manage staff, and ensure compliance with company policies. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing operational strategies, maintaining high levels of customer service, coordinating with various departments, and ensuring efficient freight forwarding and logistics processes. The Branch Manager will also be responsible for managing budgets, building client relationships, and ensuring regulatory compliance and safety standards are met.

• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Budget management and financial planning skills
• Ability to develop and implement operational strategies
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Knowledge of regulatory compliance and safety standards
• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
• Proficiency in using logistics management software
• Experience in the logistics industry is a plus
