Position: Business Development ManagerExperience: 3–5 YearsLocation: Noida, Jaipur, Surat (On-site) About the Role:We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Business Development Manager to lead the sales efforts for Alibaba.com’s Global Gold Supplier (GGS) memberships. This position is ideal for professionals with a proven background in B2B sales, especially in the areas of international trade, digital commerce, or SaaS platforms. The role involves working with Indian exporters, manufacturers, and suppliers, guiding them on how to expand their global reach through Alibaba’s trusted platform. Key Responsibilities:Lead Generation & Sales StrategyIdentify and engage with potential exporters, manufacturers, and suppliers across various industriesPresent Alibaba’s GGS membership as a strategic solution for expanding into global marketsDeliver in-depth product presentations and drive consultative sales engagementsBuild and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified sales prospectsConsistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targetsClient Engagement & CollaborationInteract directly with business owners and decision-makers to understand their global trade goalsCollaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and long-term client satisfactionRepresent Alibaba.com at trade shows, industry events, and online webinarsProcess & ReportingMaintain accurate and up-to-date client records using CRM systems like Zoho or SalesforceProvide regular sales forecasts and performance updates to senior managementStay informed on trends in global e-commerce, international trade, and platform innovations What We’re Looking For:3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS, international business, or e-commerceStrong skills in consultative selling, negotiation, and account managementProficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office applicationsStrong business acumen with the ability to identify and act on growth opportunities for clientsFamiliarity with SME operations, export-import procedures, and global trade practices is a plusHighly self-driven, target-focused, and an excellent communicatorBachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline
