Business Development Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager – Medical Devices to lead our sales and dealer network expansion across India. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of medical equipment and devices, coupled with hands-on experience in building and managing dealer/distributor networks nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, appoint and manage dealers/distributors across India.
• Develop and execute strategies to grow the medical devices sales portfolio.
• Maintain strong product knowledge to effectively promote and demonstrate equipment to dealers and end-users.
• Build long-term relationships with key clients, channel partners and industry stakeholders.
• Regular travel across regions to support and monitor dealer performance.
• Prepare sales forecasts, reports and market analysis.
• Conduct product training sessions for channel partners.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales of medical devices or healthcare equipment.
• Strong dealer/distributor network management experience (PAN India preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively.
• Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering or related field.
