Profile: BDM (Sales)

Experience: 5-7yrs

Salary Range: 70k-80k

Roles:

Responsibilities

Analyse market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities. Identify and approach potential clients, distributors, and partners to generate new business. Develop and execute sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to ensure long-term business success. Work closely with the technical team to understand the product offerings and provide tailored solutions to clients. Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from pitching to finalizing contracts and agreements. Coordinate with sales, production, and technical teams to ensure smooth execution of client orders and projects. Prepare business performance reports, sales forecasts, and market analysis for management review. Skills

Strong knowledge of industrial motors, their applications, and market demand. Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and sales reporting. Qualifications

Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Business Development/Sales within the Industrial Motor or Electrical Equipment sector. Bachelor//'s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
