The ideal candidate has a strong network of architects, is aggressive in sales, excels in identifying opportunities, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
✨ Identify and build strong relationships with architects, interior designers (ID), and lighting contractors (LC)
✨ Pitch offerings and secure projects through consultative sales
✨ Share regular product updates with architects, designers, and contractors
✨ Understand client briefs and translate them into actionable proposals
✨ Manage multiple accounts/projects with effective stakeholder communication
✨ Travel across cities for client meetings and business opportunities
✔️ 2+ years of experience in business development/account management (lighting, decor, or furniture industry preferred)
✔️ Strong network of architects, interior designers, and lighting contractors
✔️ Aggressive, proactive approach with proven sales track record
✔️ Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
✔️ Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of design software is a plus
✔️ Ability to handle cold calls and pursue leads independently
✔️ Creative problem-solving mindset with strong multitasking abilities
✔️ Willingness to travel extensively for client engagement
🎓 Graduate in B.A. / B.Com. (MBA in Sales & Marketing preferred)
🎓 Strong analytical, organizational, and time-management skills
🎓 Excellent written and verbal communication in English
