Our Ahmedabad Plant, part of the Tekni-Plex Consumer Products division, specializes in EPE Foam Liners, Gaskets, and Dip Tubes catering to Pharmaceutical, Food and Beverage, Household and Industrial, and Personal Care applications. The plant manufactures EPE and PP Foam Products including Pre-cut Liners, Gaskets, and Rings in Wads, Sheet, and Roll form. These are available in Co-Extruded and Laminated structures such as Co-Ex PVDC, PP, PET, HD, PVDC, Alu/PET, and others. It also produces Dip Tubes in piece and spool form widely used in trigger sprayers, mist pumps, and aerosol pumps, supporting customers with high-quality, precision-engineered, and sustainable packaging solutions.


Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Business Development professional to join our Sealing and Dispensing division. The role involves driving sales of foam liners, gaskets, laminated liners, and wads across India. The incumbent will manage key accounts, identify new opportunities, and support product innovation initiatives while ensuring customer satisfaction and business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales and business growth targets for assigned products and markets
  • Lead business development and account management activities across PAN India
  • Maintain sales pipeline and provide accurate performance reporting
  • Identify new customers and opportunities in emerging segments
  • Provide technical and commercial support to customers
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order execution and delivery
  • Contribute to market analysis, pricing strategy, and product development initiatives
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships for long-term growth


Qualification and Experience:

  • Graduate or MBA or Packaging Graduate
  • Minimum 6 to 8 years of experience in B2B Sales and Business Development
  • Preferred exposure in Packaging Materials (Flexible or Rigid) for FMCG, Food and Beverage, Personal Care, or Pharma industries
