Role & responsibilities

Business Development Manager - International IT sales(US/UK)

experienced Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities :

  • Drive

    B2B sales

    for IT services across international(US/UK) markets, focusing on building and maintaining a strong client base.
  • Develop and execute

    sales strategies

    to expand presence in targeted global regions.
  • Conduct

    lead generation

    through market research, LinkedIn outreach, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Perform

    cold calling

    and follow-up communication to engage prospects and schedule high-quality meetings.
  • Identify, qualify, and convert prospects into long-term business relationships.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful

    sales presentations, proposals etc

    tailored to client needs.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and service terms to successfully close deals.
  • Maintain and grow a healthy

    sales pipeline

    in CRM, ensuring timely follow-ups and accurate forecasting.
  • Build, mentor, and lead a

    high-performing sales team

    , fostering collaboration and performance excellence.
  • Collaborate with marketing, pre-sales, and technical teams to create effective go-to-market strategies.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
  • Consistently achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Flexibility to work across

    multiple time zones.

Preferred candidate profile

  • International B2B Sales Strategy

    and execution, knowledge of International IT (pref. US)market
  • Lead Generation & Prospecting

    (LinkedIn, cold outreach, networking).
  • Consultative Selling

    and solution-based approach.
  • Negotiation & Closing

    high-value contracts.
  • Excellent

    communication & presentation skills

    (English fluency required; additional languages a plus).
  • CRM proficiency

    (HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, or similar).
  • Ability to

    manage and motivate sales teams

    .

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 3+ years of experience in

    international IT sales / business development

    with proven success in meeting revenue targets.
  • Strong understanding of global IT trends and buyer behavior.
