Position- Business Development Manager for Hyderabad/Chennai Experience- Min. 5 plus Years Salary- 10.00 to 12.00 LPA No. of Positions-2 Job Locations-Hyderabad/Chennai About the Company- Our client is more than a decade old MNC and headquartered in Melbourne, Australia, is a leading manufacturer of a Premium range of IT Peripherals, consumer electronics and mobility products . An industry first, most of their products are backed by LIFE TIME WARRANTY, which reflects the confidence they have in their end to end research, engineering and manufacturing capabilities Products-USB Products, Laptop Docking stations, Cables and Adapter, Notebook charge & store, charging and power, Audio and Video products, Thunderbolt 3 products etc. Role The key purpose of this role is to be responsible for the sale of company`s products and services in the specified region and ensuring profitable growth in sales. Set short- and long-term sales strategies and evaluate effectiveness of current sales programs. Recommend product or service enhancements to improve customer satisfaction and sales potential. The successful candidate will understand what motivates customers to buy and know how to tap into those needs and desires in an effective way. CANDIDATE MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN ENTERPRISE SALES AND GOOD PARTNER NETWORK Responsibilities and Duties Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analysing sales trends and results Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for your region and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products Implement national sales programs by developing field sales action plans Maintain sales volume, product mix and selling price by keeping current with supply and demand, changing trends, economic indicators and competitors Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed Plan to ensure achievement of divisional and personal target, aligning with company sales policies and strategies Ensure Sales targets and KPI are delivered, generate leads and close new deals Meet with customers to discuss their evolving needs and to assess the quality of our company’s relationship with them Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics Sell to existing and potential direct accounts as well as provide sales support to distribution partners to participate in closing and order or to facilitate and add value to the selling process Continually develop knowledge of the business climate, applications and competition for his/her defined geography and accounts Develop, maintain and execute a territory plan Continually assess current business distribution channels, develop and evaluate their performance and manage conflict ensuring alignment with territory plans Maintain data relative to partners, accounts and activities and will document customer interactions Prepare reporting as needed Requirements: To be successful in the role you will be Have 5+ years of experience with IT hardware vendor or IT Hardware Distribution, in a profit centre environment. Extensive experience working in Sales/Target driven environment Work as a reliable team player, working towards achieving sales targets. Well networked in IT and IT enabled sales market in own region or beyond in India/APAC Key Competencies Must possess excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must possess business understanding and external awareness. An Individual contributor and strong team player Energetic, Innovative and critical thinking.
