Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at Equitas Small Finance Bank. Roles and Responsibility Develop and implement effective business strategies to achieve sales targets and expand the customer base. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase loyalty and retention. Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to pursue them. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to stay ahead in the industry. Provide excellent customer service and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. Job Requirements Minimum 3 years of experience in liabilities, branch banking, or business development. Strong knowledge of BFSI industry trends and regulations. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines. Strong analytical and decision-making skills. Experience working with small finance banks or similar institutions is preferred.
