Role & responsibilities -The role involves identifying & empaneling CAs, Ex-Bankers, Ex-Wealth Advisors, Insurance agents and Finance professionals and empaneling them as Independent Financial Distributors -Training new empaneled IFDs to effectively use digital platform and Mobile app for providing Knowledge on Primary Market Products (like MF, NFOs, IPO’s, NCDs, Capital Markets products, Bonds and Corporate Fixed Deposits, etc.) -Training and driving IFDs to achieve sales of financial products on ongoing basis-The person should have good understanding of client (IFDs) needs in Primary market products -Acquiring new IFDs & advising them on primary market products-Organising events to develop the Business of IFDs
Role & responsibilities Identify, map, and pursue high-potential private projects including residential, commercial, and institutional segments Build strong, trust-based relationships with builders, architects, interior contractors, and influencers Generate specifications and product approvals for upcoming or under-construction projects Conduct thorough project-level market research and competitor tracking Drive business development activities through field visits, referrals, and site engagement Achieve monthly sales targets and project pipeline metrics Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure pricing, credit, and service commitments are aligned Provide periodic MIS on territory updates, prospect funnel, and win/loss analysis
