Position Overview:

Business Development Manager (BDM)

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate leads for potential customers in the Pune region.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market presence.
• Work closely with the technical and sales teams to deliver tailored solar energy solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotes, and ROI analyses to clients.
• Meet sales targets and regularly report progress to management.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends, policies, and competitor offerings.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–8 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in solar or renewable energy.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client accounts.
• Good understanding of solar energy products and services.
• Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic sales reporting.

Experience in rooftop solar is preferred
