We are looking for a result-driven Business Development Manager (BDM) to join our Coimbatore office and lead our business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective business development strategies to acquire domestic and overseas clients.
• Generate high-quality leads, follow up consistently, and convert them into long-term business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals.
• Oversee and manage the BDM team, set clear targets, and track performance to ensure faster results.
• Conduct market research to identify emerging trends and new market opportunities.
• Prepare and deliver impactful business presentations, proposals, and sales pitches.
• Collaborate with marketing, operations, and technical teams to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of sales, revenue, and activity reports in CRM systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar client acquisition role (minimum 2 years+ preferred).
• Strong knowledge of domestic and international business markets.
• Hands-on experience in lead generation, client negotiation, and closing deals.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong team management and leadership abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite, CRM tools, and business communication platforms.
• Ability to work under pressure with a results-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in IT services, SaaS, software development, or consulting industry is a plus.
• Immediate joiners will be given priority.
