Job Description

Role: Business Development Manager / Senior Sales Manager
Location: Madurai, Chennai & Tirunelveli
Experience: 5–8 Years

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute effective sales strategies for your region.
  • Build and maintain relationships with OEMs, fleet operators, logistics heads, and vehicle dealers.
  • Conduct product pitches, demos, and negotiations to drive business growth.
  • Forecast, track, and report sales performance accurately.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to shape offerings and campaigns.
  • Lead review meetings and progress check-ins with top leadership.

Requirements

  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in Sales, Business Development, or Channel Management.
  • Strong understanding of the automotive and transportation sector.
  • Established network of industry contacts.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently as well as in a team.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,306.56 - ₹51,575.83 per month
