At Substance Communication, Hybrid Advertising Creative Digital Marketing Agency is seeking a dynamic and results-driven individual to join our team as a Manager Business Development (Sales and Marketing Digital Agency). In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales & Business Groth, building client relationships, and contributing to the overall success of our digital marketing agency.


Job Summary:

The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, pitching digital services, and contributing to revenue growth. You will work closely with the strategy and creative teams to offer effective digital marketing solutions to prospective clients.


Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new leads through networking, online research, cold outreach, and attending industry events

• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients in target sectors

• Pitch advertising digital marketing services including SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, performance marketing, influencer marketing, content creation, and branding

• Understand client needs and collaborate with internal teams to propose custom digital strategies

• Prepare proposals, presentations, and pricing quotes

• Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet revenue targets

• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for upselling and referrals

• Keep up with industry trends, competitor offerings, and market demands


Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field

• 1–5 years of experience in business development, preferably in a digital marketing or media agency

• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and solutions

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

• Goal-oriented with a proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets

• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently
