The Opportunity

We are looking for a dynamic and connected Business Development Manager to lead our growth in the premium and corporate segments. This is a key role for someone who understands the consultative nature of selling career services.

You won't just be selling a document; you'll be selling a professional transformation. We need a proven sales expert who can build genuine trust with senior professionals, C-suite executives, and corporate partners. Your primary mission will be to expand our B2B partnerships and grow our high-value B2C client base.


What You’ll Do

  • Strategic & C-Suite Engagement:

    Identify and proactively build relationships with key decision-makers, including C-Suite executives, VPs, and Heads of Departments, at target companies.
  • Full-Cycle Sales:

    Own the entire business development lifecycle from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation, contract closure, and onboarding of new partners.
  • Consultative Selling:

    Act as a trusted advisor, not just a salesperson. Deeply understand the challenges and strategic goals of prospective clients and thoughtfully position our services as the solution.
  • Partnership Development:

    Develop and nurture a robust pipeline of new business opportunities and strategic alliances.
  • Global Client Management:

    Manage relationships with key accounts, including global clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, and identifying opportunities for up-sell/cross-sell.
  • Go-to-Market Strategy:

    Collaborate with marketing and product teams to provide market feedback and contribute to the development of new service offerings and sales strategies.
  • Networking & Representation:

    Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to build brand awareness and generate leads.
  • Reporting:

    Maintain meticulous records in our CRM and provide accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports to leadership.


Who You Are (Ideal Candidate Profile)

  • Proven BD / Sales Expert:

    You have 5+ years of demonstrable success in a Business Development, Strategic Sales, or Partnership Management role, consistently meeting or exceeding targets.
  • C-Suite Relationship Builder:

    You have experience and comfort in engaging, presenting to, and building trust with senior executives. You "speak their language."
  • Master Communicator:

    You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to draft compelling proposals, deliver persuasive presentations, and negotiate complex deals.
  • Consultative Mindset:

    Your approach is to listen and diagnose first, then sell. You are an expert at asking the right questions to uncover core business needs.
  • Self-Starter:

    You are highly motivated, proactive, and can manage your time and pipeline with a high degree of autonomy.
  • Resilient & Professional:

    You handle objections with grace and maintain a professional persistence.
  • Experience (Bonus):

  • Experience selling services (e.g., consulting, professional services) in a B2B environment.
  • A strong, existing network of potential clients or partners.
  • Experience with global client engagement and negotiations.
