StaffAnchor is a growing recruitment consultancy helping companies across industries hire top talent in mid–senior and leadership roles. We are now looking for a Business Development Manager (BDM)

Role Overview

As BDM, you will be responsible for onboarding new clients

Key Responsibilities

Generate new B2B leads for recruitment services
Manage end-to-end business development cycle: prospecting → pitching → follow-up → client onboarding
Build and maintain strong relationships with HR leaders, founders, and decision makers
Meet and exceed business targets through consistent client acquisition
Collaborate with recruitment team to ensure smooth delivery and client satisfaction

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience
in client acquisition / business development
within a recruitment agency
Proven record of onboarding new clients
in recruitment or staffing services
Strong B2B sales and negotiation skills
Ability to work independently and drive results
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Compensation

Fixed salary + attractive incentive on successful billings
