Company Description SSDA – Sudhir Saumya Design Associates is a young and dynamic architecture and interior design studio based in Ghitorni, Delhi. Established in 2021. Focusing on bringing designs to life through careful planning, conceptualizing, detailing, modeling, and contextualizing. Our major works include residences and farmhouses, and we strive to infuse creativity and fun into our designs. We provide comprehensive design services from conceptualization to execution, specializing in luxury residential architecture, interior design, and commercial space design, often incorporating Vastu principles to create maintenance-free, nature-friendly spaces. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Business Development Manager located in New Delhi. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and developing strategic partnerships. They will work closely with the design and project teams to ensure client requirements are met and projects are successfully delivered. Daily tasks include market research, lead closure, proposal writing, contract negotiation, and attending industry events and networking activities to promote SSDA's services. Qualifications Proven experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management Strong understanding of the architecture and interior design industry Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment Strong organizational and time-management skills Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or related field Experience with luxury residential and commercial projects is a plus Show more Show less
