Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop new business opportunities through lead generation, prospecting, and relationship building with potential clients.
  • Manage existing client relationships to ensure retention and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Identify target markets, develop sales strategies, forecast revenue growth, and plan sales activities to achieve targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing) to create effective targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Analyze sales data to optimize sales processes and improve overall performance.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 1-4 years of experience in B2B sales or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in generating leads, closing deals, and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication skills for building strong relationships with clients at all levels.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team; self-motivated with high energy level.
