Description
As a Business Development Manager at our company, your role will involve driving client acquisition and empanelment across India and GCC markets. You should leverage your strong network with companies in Oil & Gas, Construction, Hospitality, and Engineering sectors to identify and acquire new clients for manpower supply. Additionally, building long-term partnerships with corporates, EPC contractors, and HR consultancies will be crucial. You will be responsible for preparing client proposals, contracts, and presentations, as well as maintaining regular follow-ups with existing clients to increase job requirements. Collaborating closely with recruiters and the operations team to ensure smooth delivery will also be part of your responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Identify and acquire new clients for manpower supply in India & GCC - Build long-term partnerships with corporates, EPC contractors, and HR consultancies - Prepare client proposals, contracts, and presentations - Maintain regular follow-ups with existing clients to increase job requirements - Work closely with recruiters and operations team to ensure smooth delivery Qualifications Required: - 4 years of business development experience in recruitment/staffing - Proven track record of empaneling clients in GCC/India - Strong communication & negotiation skills - Ability to work independently and deliver results In addition to the above, you will be working full-time in a permanent role. The preferred experience includes 4 years in business development, proficiency in English language, and willingness to travel up to 25%. The work location is in person, with a base location in Vadodara but open to remote business development for GCC clients.
