About Us:
At Spiffy Public Relations, we work with leading fashion, lifestyle, and jewellery brands, helping them build their presence through creative storytelling, strategic collaborations, and impactful social media campaigns. We’re now looking for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join our growing team and drive client outreach for our social media services vertical.
Key Responsibilities
• Identify and reach out to fashion, lifestyle, and jewellery brands for potential collaborations and partnerships.
• Develop and maintain brand decks, agency decks, and client proposals for presentations and pitches.
• Conduct cold calls, email outreach, and follow-ups with potential clients to generate leads and onboard new accounts.
• Present and pitch social media management services to prospective clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
• Maintain a database of leads, proposals, and communication records.
• Achieve monthly business development targets and build long-term client relationships.
Desired Experience & Qualifications
• 6 months to 2 years of experience in business development, client servicing, or social media sales (preferably within fashion, lifestyle, or PR agencies).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proficient in Canva, Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
• Confident in cold calling and client outreach.
• Highly motivated, organized, and proactive with strong interpersonal skills.
