Speedways Electric is looking for a dynamic and driven

Business Development Manager

to join our team in Gurgaon. The Business Development Manager will play a crucial role in expanding our market presence, identifying new business opportunities, and fostering relationships with potential dealers, distributors, and channel partners. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and business development, excellent communication skills, and a passion for the electric vehicle industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Market Research and Analysis

    : Conduct comprehensive market research to identify new business opportunities and understand market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.
  • Lead Generation

    : Develop and implement strategies for lead generation and business development to grow the company s customer base.
  • Relationship Building

    : Identify and establish relationships with potential dealers, distributors, and channel partners to expand the company s market reach.
  • Partnership Development

    : Negotiate and secure partnerships, ensuring alignment with the company s strategic goals and objectives.
  • Sales Strategy Development

    : Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies that drive growth and increase market share.
  • Sales Target Achievement

    : Achieve and exceed sales targets by identifying and securing new business opportunities.
  • Reporting and Analysis

    : Prepare regular reports on business development activities, sales performance, and market conditions to inform strategic planning.
  • Event Participation

    : Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote products and services and generate new business leads.

Qualifications:

  • Education

    : Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
  • Experience

    : 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field, preferably in the automotive or electric vehicle industry.
  • Skills

    : Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
  • Knowledge

    : In-depth understanding of market research, sales strategies, and the electric vehicle market landscape.
  • Networking

    : Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with key stakeholders.
